TEAM LEADER - LANDSCAPING
Responsible for the proper implementation of landscaping projects, paving activities, construction of retaining walls, as well as monitoring and upholding the quality standards of the company. Supervise your team, and promote harmony within his team and foster favorable conditions to delivering quality services.
Job requirements:
- SSVD (DEP) in landscaping or other similar training
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of masonry and construction
- Knowledge of inert materials and their different uses
- Thorough knowledge of paving techniques, natural stones, construction of low walls
- Under the direction of the Project Foreman, the Team Leader will perform the same duties as construction or masonry workers including ground preparation work (leveling, adding material, paving, construction of low walls, laying of pavers, among others)
- Respect established work plan, equally assign tasks to team members and follow up on the work
- Discuss project with foreman and complete the client's project report and evaluation sheet
- Maneuver tractor trailer with ease
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Experience in personnel management an asset
ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER - LANDSCAPING
